Welcome to my web page, my name is Philip Clement, and I am a Real Estate Broker based in Brossard. I have had much success to date in my career, having sold many properties on and off the island of Montreal. I specialize in the South Shore of Montreal, however I am also available to work in the city of Montreal, I know these markets as I have started my career there.
My loyalty to my clients and hard work is unparalleled; since I first became a broker in 2011 I have developed a reputation of being tough but fair. Having obtained my Certificate in Marketing from the University of Montreal in 2009, my clients benefit from my negotiating and marketing skills.
